Hello, other people. I’m Denise Murray from Woodridge, IL. I work at the public library there. Since 2003 I’ve been in circulation and starting this summer I’m a substitute librarian.

I have some experience with the things we talked about today in class. I just realized when we were talking about agitators that it was LIS753 that got me using Google Reader. It’s such a part of my daily life now. When I started using it, I had to remind myself to check it and it felt weird. Then I found a bunch of comic book blogs and other things I wanted to keep track of.

I started crocheting this summer, too. Because of that I got onto Ravelry and then I started a Flickr account so I could post pictures. Delicious followed so I could keep track of patterns I found when I wasn’t at home without having to email myself links.

As much as I’ve been blogging, I still can’t write without out using a million Is. Very frustrating.
